Always. The code and content are yours, in a repository handed to you on day one. A managed plan is just me doing the upkeep on a site you own outright. Cancel anytime and everything stays with you.
Text changes, price and hours updates, swapping a photo or video, adding a testimonial — the everyday stuff. Larger work like a brand-new multi-section page is included on Growth and Partner plans, or quoted separately on Essential.
Essential is 2 business days. Growth and Partner are priority — usually same or next business day. Urgent fixes (wrong phone number, broken link) jump the queue on every plan.

No. Every plan is month-to-month. I'd rather earn your business each month than trap you in a contract.

Foundational SEO and local SEO start on Essential; ongoing SEO, local SEO, and social media management come with Growth; and full PPC ad campaigns (Google & Meta) plus multi-platform social are part of Partner. The plan fee covers the work — ad spend itself (what you pay Google or Meta) is billed separately so every dollar of budget goes to your campaigns.
